Classical Guitar, Classically Handsome

For those of you in the Denver metro area, consider this for keeping your fingers busy over summer:

Classical guitar lessons.

I mean, who doesn’t want to play guitar? But you don’t have to be the guy playing the same Third Eye Blind songĀ on repeat at the party (you know which one I’m talking about) because you only know three chords– you can WOW yourself and your friends by taking on the kind of lessons that will put you well above the rest.

All right, so this is a promo for my boyfriend: Calum Borthwick. He just graduated from the University of Denver as a Master of Music. Yes, that’s right. He’s a Master of Music. And he is now taking new students for the summer. Seriously, dive in while you can. You won’t find a more talented or patient man to instruct you through the ins and outs of guitar.

While you’re checking out his site, read his bio. Can you guess it’s written by me?

Well, if you’re a musician who’s stumbled upon this blog by trolling through the “music” tags, but you’re digging this style and need someone to write a lovely blurb about you and what you can offer your community, please let me know. Leave a comment here or find me on Twitter @srmeisinger, and we’ll correspond. I’ve got a base rate of $5 right now, so get while the gettin’s good.

And for my fellow bloggers, do us a favor and reblog! I’m always happy to repay the favor.
